Candice Bement is a Certified Fitness Professional, with over 17 years of experience in helping people change their health through exercising, group fitness, and nutrition guidance by providing workouts and meal plans that are simple, fun, and easy to follow.
She has recently started CB Fitness Pro but has been teaching group fitness since 2004.
As a mother of 5 she is passionate about guiding men and women on their fitness journey.
She is realistic, relatable and will always motivate you to be your best.
