The 1.0 CBFIT Be All In weight lifting program is the first variation of this type of plan. It is designed to help maximize muscle building and weight loss.  Each variation has different workouts and different focuses to help give you multiple options.

  • It follows a progressive overload system with five days of lifting a week and one hour of daily workouts. 
  • This is an 8 week program. 
  • The program includes demo videos with instructions and is designed to be done in a gym.
